Mr. Cheng frequently organizes and speaks on continuing legal education programs on various topics in the ADR and intellectual property fields. He has given presentations around the country, including before bar associations such as the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, the New York City Bar Association, and the New Jersey State Bar Association, and other organizations including the American Arbitration Association, the College of Commercial Arbitrators, and the Justice Marie L.
